Are there keywords and phrases on every card?

The Spelled Out Tarot Deck is unique in that there are carefully selected keywords and phrases for every card, including the reversed! It creates an environment to practice tarot without guidebooks, a great way to focus on honing your intuition.
 

About Our Deck:

The Spelled Out Tarot Deck is designed to increase clarity, so you can start reading tarot as soon as you receive your order. All 78 cards measure 2.75” x 4.75”. The Spelled Out Tarot Deck is a standard-sized deck. All decks are professionally offset printed on thick 350 GSM card stock. Images are high-quality, enhanced, and inclusive to reflect the modern tarot reader.
 

Deck Gilding:

Our deck has beautiful embossed metallic black edging. As with all decks that have gilded edging, time and use will show slight wear. The easiest way to remedy this is to line the edges of your cards with a permanent black marker as they fade, and voila, good as new. Please be careful not to use a marker that is runny, as this will cause ink stains on the front and back of your cards. No modern mystic wants that! Alternatively, you can let the gilding slowly fade over time as you grow and use your deck.
 

Will the mystic pouch fit my tarot deck?

Yes! Our mystical pouches were created for a multitude of magical uses. They are sized to house any standard-sized tarot deck, as well as all of your ritual items such as crystals and trinkets.

Chime Candle Holders:

Our chime candle holders are hand painted individually. We give each holder 3 coats of black paint as well as a top coat, and then adorn them with either a bronze-toned or silver-toned charm, your choice! You will notice a silver metal insert where the candle goes. Beware! Not many other chime candle holders have this feature. Our chime candle holders come with a specially sized metal insert that fits most chime candles to ensure that your chime candle will stay upright and straight.

Orders Issues:

How long will it take to receive my order?

We typically send out orders within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Orders usually arrive between 3-5 business days after they are sent out. Please note that the reason why we send orders out in this timeframe is in case an order needs to be modified, canceled, or changed in any other way. Weekends and major holidays are not considered business days.

 

I want/need to change the shipping address for my order.

We are happy to change the shipping address for your order! Please email our team at oracle@spelledouttarot.com with your order number and your new address ASAP. We can only change the shipping address to your order if it has not been sent out yet. Please keep in mind we typically send out your order within 1-2 business days. When we are experiencing high order volumes, changes to your order may be limited.

 

I want/need to change the billing address for my order.

As soon as an order is placed, we cannot change the billing address for your order. But good news! Your transaction went through, which means you have successfully placed your order. You will receive your order as long as the shipping address is correct.

 

I need to change the email address to my order.

Absolutely! Please email our team at oracle@spelledouttarot.com with the following: Your order number, original email address, and new email address. As soon as we receive the details, we will make the changes and resend all order information.

 

Modifying Orders:

Orders can be modified as long as they haven’t been sent out yet. We typically send out your order within 1-2 business days. Please email our team at oracle@spelledouttarot.com ASAP to modify any order placed. We are sorry for any inconvenience!

 

Canceling Orders:

Unfortunately orders cannot be canceled if they have already been sent out. We typically send out orders within 1-2 business days. If you have had a change of heart, Please email our team at oracle@spelledouttarot.com so that we can cancel your order.

I received somebody else’s order.

Oops! So sorry! Please email our team at oracle@spelledouttarot.com with your order number, a picture of the order, and a picture of the shipping label. We will quickly remedy this for you. 

 

I am missing items.

I received different items than what I ordered.

I am not happy with my order.

I have not received a confirmation email or tracking information.

Please do not worry! We typically send out your order within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Once your package is in the mail, you will receive all of the information you need to track your precious cargo to your door. Please email our team at oracle@spelledouttarot.com if you have further questions.

I want to track my order.

How exciting! Your order is on its’ way! You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please use the following links to track your delivery:

Delivery Delays:

Please allow 6-7 business days from the time of order placed before worrying! It is most likely on its’ way. Has your order exceeded the usual shipping timeframe? Please email our team at oracle@spelledouttarot.com with your order number.
We typically ship out your order within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Unfortunately, after your order is in the hands of USPS/UPS, there may be some unforeseen delays. Your order will experience delays if considered undeliverable by USPS/UPS and sent back to us.
Sometimes things happen that are out of our control. Spelled Out Tarot is not responsible for delays regarding transfers of orders from USPS/UPS to local carriers, ground/air transportation, or natural events. If you feel that your order has not yet arrived due to these factors, Please email our team at oracle@spelledouttarot.com and we will do our absolute best to remedy this for you. 

It says my order was delivered, but it’s not here.

Unfortunately, USPS tracking information can be slightly off or incorrect. Most likely your package will arrive in a couple of days. It’s a good idea to check with your local post office for more information. Once in a blue moon, a package may accidentally have been delivered to your neighbor instead. Please check with them! If after a few days you have still not received your package, Please email our team at oracle@spelledouttarot.comwith your order number. We will do our best to remedy the situation.

I made multiple orders. Will they be combined?

If multiple orders were made on the same day and had the same shipping address, we will more than likely combine all orders into one package. The shipping rates will reflect the weight of the package, and we will inform you of this change as soon as the package is sent. Please email our team at oracle@spelledouttarot.com ASAP if you have custom requests for packaging. We will do our best to accommodate you if the order has not yet been shipped out.

 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight. You will be able to see the calculated shipping rate for your order before you place your order. Please email our team at oracle@spelledouttarot.com with any additional questions.
 

I want to deliver my order to a P.O. Box.

No problem! We deliver to P.O. boxes! 
 

I want to deliver my order to an APO address.

We ship to domestic APO addresses. It is important to write down the correct information to avoid delays. Please provide the following information in this order:


1. Service member’s full name. Include Unit on Address Line 1.

2. Select and input one of the following:

APO: Army Post Office
FPO: Fleet Post Office
DPO: Diplomatic Post Office

Region Field:

3. AA: Armed Forces Americas

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Return Policy:

It is very important to us that you are happy with your order. In the event, you are not happy with your order, or you are no longer able to keep your order, we will refund your order. Please email our team by clicking HERE(insert link for email) with your order number and reason for return. All you have to do is pay for the shipping label to return your order. We will provide this to you in the event that a return is needed. Please note that if any of the items are not returned, or there are cards missing from any tarot decks, we will not be able to refund you. The same applies to orders made through Etsy or Amazon. 

Refunds will take approximately 3-5 business days to reflect in your bank account. Please be patient with this process; pending refunds through your bank are out of our control. We cannot expedite the process. We can only refund your order to the original form of payment.

I purchased through a local vendor and want to return my order.

Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for purchases that were made with third-party vendors, the brick and mortars that carry out products. Please reach out to them to learn more about their return policies.

My order was a gift and I don’t want it.

Sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for gifts.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are generally shipped out the next business day. You should receive your order within 3-5 business days.

What happens if I am not happy with my purchase?

We honor full refunds in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase. All we ask is that you send back the original order.
