Refund policy

You may be eligible for a refund if all of the following criteria are met:

(1) It is less than 30 days from the date you received your package
(2) Your purchase is unused and in the exact condition that you received it
(3) Your Purchase is in its original packaging (Open Items cannot be returned)

Shipping costs will be paid for by the purchaser. Please contact us at oracle@spelledouttarot.com to start the return process. Once the return has been received and inspected an email will be sent with the approval or rejection of your refund.
